Eyewear returned for credit or exchange must be in unused and saleable condition including all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Eyewear/goggles with the removable/fixed eyecup, that has been worn, abused, damaged, pet hair, cigarette smell or has any residue from facial products or medications.

Returned purchases must be in as new condition with all packaging in undamaged condition.

We highly recommend using a service that can provide a tracking number for shipping product back to us such as registered mail.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse, and other issues determined by Eyesports not to be a manufacturer’s defect.

For any claims to be valid, product must have been purchased from an Authorised Eyesports Dealer and must include a copy of receipt of purchase.
