Founded by John Carbury in the late 1990s, Eyesports began by supplying prescription inserts for motocross, ski, and motorcycle goggles. What started as a niche offering has since evolved into a specialist hub for performance-driven optical solutions across a wide range of sports and activities.

Today, Eyesports proudly caters to athletes and enthusiasts in sports such as cycling, running, ball sports, water sports, shooting, tactical applications, and more. Whether you're an elite competitor or weekend warrior, we understand that your eyewear should support — not limit — your performance.

Unlike traditional optical retailers, the majority of our eyewear options are not available in standard optometry outlets. We focus exclusively on high-performance prescription eyewear, partnering with globally recognised brands and using cutting-edge lens technologies tailored to sport-specific needs.

We operate our own state-of-the-art prescription lab in Colac, rural Victoria. Most of our lenses — excluding certified safety, authentic Oakley, and Ray-Ban prescriptions — are crafted and fitted on-site. This gives us complete control over lens quality, customisation, and turnaround times.
