Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your prescription eyewear purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Eyewear returned for credit or exchange must be in unused and saleable condition, including all original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase.

Eyewear or goggles with removable or fixed eyecups will not be accepted for return or refund if they show signs of wear, damage, pet hair, cigarette odour or residue from sweat, facial products or medications. All returned items must be in as-new condition with packaging intact and undamaged.

We highly recommend using a service that can provide a tracking number for shipping products back to us, such as the Australia Post Tracked Parcel service. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse and other issues determined by Eyesports not to be a manufacturer’s defect. For any claims to be valid, the product must have been purchased from an Authorised Eyesports Dealer and must include a copy of the receipt of purchase.
